IT Support Technician

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team in Greenland. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to computer users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining network systems. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to computer users via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and peripherals
- Maintain network systems and ensure security protocols are followed
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Train users on new technology or software applications

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
