Part-time Computer Support Specialist in Greenland


We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Greenland. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring smooth operation of their computer systems. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and peripherals
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Assist with network setup and troubleshooting
- Train clients on how to use new technology or software
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with network setup and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Greenlandic is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport for travel within Greenland

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position, with flexible working hours. You will be required to work on-site at client locations, so access to reliable transportation is necessary. This position does not include accommodation.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month based on experience.
