Contract QA Engineer (Greenland)



We are hiring a skilled Contract QA Engineer to join our team in Greenland. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$, including accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Test and analyze software products to identify any defects or issues
- Develop test plans, test cases, and scripts to thoroughly test all aspects of the software
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to review requirements and design documents
- Report and track bugs using bug tracking tools
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development processes, testing methodologies, and tools
- Experience with manual testing processes and techniques
- Proficient in bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
