Junior Software Developer


We are hiring a Junior Software Developer to join our growing team in Greenland. As a Junior Software Developer, you will assist in the development and maintenance of software applications, including coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with senior developers and project managers to understand requirements and contribute to the design and implementation of solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards are maintained
- Work with project managers to understand project requirements and timelines
- Contribute to the design and implementation of software solutions
- Test and debug code to ensure functionality and identify any bugs or errors
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience or coursework in software development
- Experience using version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Understanding of database design principles
- Ability to work part-time without accommodation
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
