Unity Game Developer



As a Unity Game Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality games for various platforms. You will collaborate with a team of developers, designers, and artists to bring engaging and immersive gaming experiences to life. Your main focus will be on coding gameplay mechanics, implementing UI/UX elements, and optimizing performance for smooth gameplay. Your creativity and problem-solving skills will be crucial as you work on developing unique game features and solving technical challenges. This position is based in Greenland, but remote work options may be available.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Proven experience as a Unity developer or similar role
- Proficient in C# programming language
- Strong understanding of game development principles and processes
- Experience with game design patterns and architectures
- Knowledge of 3D graphics programming and optimization techniques
- Familiarity with mobile gaming platforms (iOS/Android)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Danish/Greenlandic is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, debug, and optimize game features using Unity engine
- Collaborate with designers and artists to implement gameplay mechanics and UI elements
- Create reusable code libraries for future projects
- Identify technical issues and provide solutions to ensure a smooth gaming experience
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in game development
- Communicate project status updates to project managers
- Actively contribute ideas for improving the overall game development process

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Greenland. Candidates must be willing to relocate or have their own visa/work permit.
