Information Security Analyst - Contract Position (Greenland)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in the beautiful city of Greenland. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our company's data and systems, while also keeping up-to-date with the latest security threats and implementing necessary measures to protect against them.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Monitor networks, systems, and applications for potential security breaches or intrusions
- Investigate any reported security incidents or breaches and take necessary action to mitigate risks
- Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices in information security
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of our technology infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in information security or cybersecurity roles
- Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, databases, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), encryption technologies, etc.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001/27002 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the contract.
