Online Consultant (Greenland)


A rapidly growing online consulting firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Greenland. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and timely guidance to clients through online consultations, chat, email, and phone calls
- Conduct research and analyze data to develop customized solutions for clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery
- Continuously monitor industry trends and stay updated on relevant knowledge and skills
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as necessary
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or consulting role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (knowledge of Greenlandic is a plus)
- Proficient in using online communication tools such as chat, email, video conferencing, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather information from various sources
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

Salary:
This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1600 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Greenland but can be done remotely from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

Visa/Work Permit Sponsorship:
We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must have their own valid visa/work permit for Greenland.
