Online Consultant - Remote Position (Greenland)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Consultant to join our team in Greenland. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online channels. This is a remote position, so you can work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through online chat, email, and social media platforms
- Provide accurate information and recommendations based on customer needs
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their preferences and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
- Keep up-to-date with company products and services to effectively assist customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and consistent customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Familiarity with various online platforms including chat, email, and social media
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
