Job Title: Facade Technician - Greenland


A reputable construction company in Greenland is seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining external building facades. You will be working with a variety of materials such as glass, metal, stone, and composite panels to create visually appealing and functional facades for buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair facades on buildings according to blueprints and specifications
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit materials such as glass, metal, stone, and composite panels
- Inspect existing facades for any damages or issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Ensure proper sealing and weatherproofing of facades to prevent water leakage or damage
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure the structural integrity of the facades
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in facade installation is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facade installation or related field
- Strong knowledge of different facade materials and their installation techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools safely
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials as needed

Working Conditions:
You will be working outdoors on construction sites in various weather conditions. The job may require climbing ladders or scaffolding, bending, kneeling, or standing for extended periods. Personal protective equipment will be provided.

Salary:
