Job Title: Facade Engineer

As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the installation of building facades. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as strong project management skills. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure that the facade meets aesthetic, structural, and environmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing building facades that are structurally sound, aesthetically pleasing, and energy-efficient
- Conducting site surveys and assessments to determine project feasibility
- Creating detailed drawings and specifications for facade components
- Collaborating with architects and other professionals to integrate facade design with overall building design
- Managing the procurement process for facade materials and components
- Overseeing construction and installation of facades to ensure compliance with design plans
- Conducting quality control checks during construction to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Ensuring that facades meet safety standards and regulations
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting during construction or maintenance issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design or construction management
- Strong technical knowledge of facade materials, systems, and construction methods
- Experience in project management and coordination with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to use CAD software for drafting and design
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and contractors
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel for site visits or project meetings

Location: This position is based in Greenland but we welcome candidates from all nationalities. We provide accommodation for our employees.

Salary: Competitive salary package starting at $1000 per month.
