A reputable construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Greenland. As the Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes to surfaces of buildings and structures. Your work will contribute to creating a visually appealing and durable finish for our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Select appropriate paint or finish for each project
- Mix paints to achieve desired color and texture
- Apply paint or finish using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure proper coverage and smoothness of finish
- Use techniques such as faux painting or stenciling for decorative finishes
- Clean up work area after completing job

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in a construction setting
- In-depth knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights if needed
- Own basic set of tools
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines

Salary: $1000 per month (without accommodation)
