Plasterboard Worker


We are hiring a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Greenland. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and finishing plasterboard on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. This is a contract job with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific dimensions
- Install plasterboard using appropriate tools and techniques
- Secure plasterboard to walls, ceilings, or other surfaces
- Apply joint compound and tape to seal seams between boards
- Smooth out any imperfections or bumps on the surface using sandpaper or other tools
- Install corner beads and trim around windows and doors
- Repair any damaged or uneven areas of existing plasterboard
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Plasterboard Worker is preferred but not required
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision is essential
- Strong knowledge of different types of plasterboard, tools, and techniques used in installation
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
- Good communication skills
- Must be willing to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Must have your own basic hand tools
