We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker Supervisor to join our team in Greenland. As a Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a team of formworkers to ensure the successful completion of various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of formworkers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high quality standards
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to determine project requirements
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications using hand or power tools
- Erect, dismantle, and maintain various types of formwork for concrete structures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Train new formworkers on proper techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a formworker, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques used in formwork installation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
