Formworker - Contract Position in Greenland



We are seeking skilled and experienced Formworkers for a contract position in Greenland. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and setting up forms to hold concrete in place during construction projects. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans to determine form specifications
- Measure and cut materials to specified sizes
- Assemble forms using various tools and techniques
- Pour, spread, and smooth concrete into forms
- Install reinforcing materials as needed
- Inspect forms for proper alignment, level, and plumbness
- Remove forms after concrete has set
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used for formwork

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures related to formwork
- Ability to read blueprints and plans accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and calculating material quantities
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods of time, and work in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
