Industrial Alpinist


We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Greenland. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at great heights and in difficult-to-reach locations, such as high-rise buildings, bridges, and towers. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, agility, and technical know-how.

Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial alpinism tasks such as painting, cleaning, welding, and construction at high altitudes
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to project schedules and deadlines
- Continuously improve skills through training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in industrial alpinism preferred
- Prior experience as an industrial alpinist or similar role is highly preferred
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of different climbing techniques, rope access systems, and safety procedures
- Familiarity with using various tools and equipment such as harnesses, ropes, pulleys, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
