Contract Architectural Technologist

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Greenland. As a Contract Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise for all architectural projects within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize your knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure all projects are compliant
- Collaborate with architects to develop detailed designs and plans
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and compliance with plans
- Research new materials, technologies, and construction methods to ensure best practices are being utilized

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preference will be given to candidates who possess a biometric passport and are willing to live in provided accommodation.
