Architectural Technologist - Contract Position in Greenland


We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Greenland for a short-term contract position. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they meet all necessary standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed drawings and plans for construction projects
- Utilize CAD software to generate 2D and 3D models of designs
- Conduct site visits and analyze existing structures to determine feasibility of proposed designs
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with local laws
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to provide technical support during construction phase
- Review project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within allocated resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of CAD software, preferably AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid visa sponsorship eligibility for working in Greenland
