Architectural Technologist - Entry Level
As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and construction of various architectural projects in Greenland. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience looking to gain hands-on experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure project designs meet specifications and standards
- Conduct site visits to gather data and measurements
- Prepare project cost estimates and timelines
- Utilize design software and tools to create detailed plans and drawings
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus
- Prior internship or co-op experience is preferred but not required
Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a salary starting at $1000 per month. The exact salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
