Architectural Technologist - Greenland


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Greenland. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. Your expertise in design, construction technology, and building regulations will be key in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts
- Create detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare planning and building regulation applications
- Conduct site visits to gather information for drawings and monitor progress of construction
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building technology, materials, and construction methods
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Greenland
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with accommodations. Own visa jobs are welcome. This is a full-time position based in Greenland.
