Job Title: Preservation Architect (Greenland)


A reputable architecture firm in Greenland is seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team. This is an urgent position, so the ideal candidate must be willing to relocate and have a strong passion for historical preservation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and assessments of historic buildings and structures
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop preservation plans
- Prepare detailed reports and proposals outlining preservation strategies
- Utilize specialized software for drafting and design purposes
- Oversee construction projects and ensure adherence to preservation guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in historic preservation projects
- Proficient in CAD software and other drafting tools
- Strong knowledge of historic preservation techniques and materials
- Excellent communication and project management skills
