Junior Architectural Designer
Our architectural design firm in Greenland is seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Architectural Designer to join our team. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers to develop innovative designs and solutions for various projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with minimal experience looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior designers in developing design concepts and presentations
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and construction techniques
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Attend client meetings to present designs and receive feedback
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on client input and feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:
- Previous internship or work experience in architectural design
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
