Junior Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Greenland. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers to assist in the creation of innovative and functional architectural designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop design concepts and create detailed drawings
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Participate in site visits and meetings with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Prepare presentations and visual aids to effectively communicate design ideas
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Work with project managers to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

Preference:
- Prior experience or internship in an architectural firm is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus

Salary: 1600$ per month
