Commercial Architect

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Greenland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture and be able to manage all aspects of the design and construction process, from initial concept development to final completion. They should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as they will be responsible for collaborating with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop initial concept designs for commercial projects
- Produce detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Liaise with contractors and oversee the construction process
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Greenland (preferred)
- Willingness to relocate to Greenland (preferred)

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
