Senior Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Commercial Architect to join our team in Greenland. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office spaces, retail centers, and hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture, with a focus on sustainable and innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is being implemented correctly
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction
- Research new materials and technologies to incorporate into designs in order to achieve sustainability goals
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and contractors involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor budget and expenses throughout the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Benefits:
