Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Greenland. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their requirements. Your role will involve creating detailed plans, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring that all building codes and regulations are met.

We are seeking a candidate with a degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience in commercial design. You should have strong technical skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per week. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the project. We are also able to provide visa sponsorship for international applicants if needed.
