Commercial Architect - Greenland

A reputable architecture firm in Greenland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial structures such as office buildings, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and plans for commercial projects based on client requirements
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using computer software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other related software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
