Industrial Architect - Contract Position in Greenland


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Greenland. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Monitor progress and quality of work on-site to ensure timely completion of projects
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Location:
This position is based in Greenland. However, due to the current travel restrictions, preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Greenland or have the ability to obtain their own visa.
