Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Greenland. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$, with accommodation, free visa, and ticket provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and construction professionals to ensure successful completion of projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
- Review designs and plans to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process and ensure quality control
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project documentation and communication with stakeholders
- Develop relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other partners

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in cold climates or arctic regions. However, this is not a strict requirement.
