Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings and other structures in Greenland. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all relevant regulations and standards. Your duties will include developing project plans, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, reviewing design plans for accuracy and feasibility, and providing guidance to team members throughout the construction process.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in architecture or a related field, as well as excellent leadership skills. You must be able to effectively communicate with team members at all levels and have a keen eye for detail. Experience with project management software is also preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans based on client requirements
- Manage budgets and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Review design plans for accuracy and feasibility
- Oversee construction progress and address any issues that arise
- Provide guidance to team members throughout the construction process
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Utilize project management software to track progress and manage tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or construction management
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
