Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to oversee our projects in Greenland. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing design strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with local and national building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and designers to deliver high-quality design solutions
- Develop and implement design strategies to meet client requirements
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Ensure compliance with local and national building codes and regulations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex architecture projects from concept to completion
- Strong knowledge of local and national building codes and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Salary: $1300 per month (part-time)
Location: Greenland (preference for male candidates)
