Senior Architecture Manager


We are in search of a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architecture Manager to join our team in Greenland. As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architecture projects, from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architecture projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Review design proposals and provide feedback for improvements
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong technical knowledge of architecture principles, construction methods, and materials
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid architectural license preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1500$ per month for the right candidate.
