Job Title: Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Greenland. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, directing design teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and designers to deliver high-quality architectural projects
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders
- Oversee the design process to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following the design plans accurately
- Review project documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission for approval
- Foster a collaborative working environment among team members to promote innovation and creativity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction methods, and materials
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
