Architecture Manager


We are currently in need of an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Greenland. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month and does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals accordingly
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals
- Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources effectively
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, design techniques, building materials, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Biometric passport required for travel to Greenland
