Job Title: Restaurant Manager (Greenland)



We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Greenland. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, scheduling staff, and creating an efficient and profitable work environment.

Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of Greenlandic is a plus)
- Must have valid work permit for Greenland (own visa jobs are accepted)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Create schedules for staff, monitor labor costs and adjust as needed
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and job duties
- Manage inventory levels and place orders for supplies when necessary
- Monitor food quality and ensure all meals meet company standards
- Implement strategies to increase profitability while maintaining high quality standards
for food and service
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other restaurant managers to plan special events or promotions

Salary:
1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract job with potential for permanent employment based on performance.
