Part-Time Librarian (Greenland)


We are seeking a part-time librarian to join our team at the local library in Greenland. As a librarian, you will be responsible for assisting patrons with finding and checking out books, organizing and maintaining the library collection, and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about books and enjoys helping others.

Responsibilities:
- Help patrons find books and other materials
- Check out books and manage returns
- Organize and shelve books according to the library's classification system
- Assist with cataloging new materials
- Maintain a neat and orderly library space
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
- Answer questions about library resources and services

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a library or customer service role preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Greenland. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently living in or have the ability to relocate to Greenland.

Visa:
Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Greenland.

Accommodation:
This is a part-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates should have their own housing arrangements in place.
