Job Title: Barista - Coffee Connoisseur (Greenland)

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers in a fast-paced and friendly environment. Your passion for coffee and exceptional customer service skills will ensure that our customers have an enjoyable experience at our café. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the café, restocking supplies, and handling cash transactions. A biometric passport is required for this position.

To excel in this role, you must have previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role. You must also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. As a Coffee Connoisseur, you should have extensive knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various coffee drinks according to customers' requests
- Provide information about our café's products and answer any questions customers may have
- Ensure that the café is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Restock supplies such as cups, lids, sleeves, napkins, etc.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Uphold food safety standards while handling food and drinks
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations based on customer preferences
- Create latte art as requested by customers
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in hospitality is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Attention to detail and ability to consistently prepare quality coffee beverages according to company standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art is preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Biometric passport is required
