Head Chef



As a Head Chef in our restaurant located in the beautiful city of Greenland, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences to our customers. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative chef with a passion for cooking and a strong leadership ability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients and reflect current food trends
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and adherence to food safety standards
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to meet budget targets
- Collaborate with management on budget planning, pricing strategies, and special events or promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency with company standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for kitchen staff and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Up-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Effective communication skills for liaising with staff, management, and suppliers
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in Greenland

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. In addition to base salary, you may also receive bonuses based on performance.
