Sous Chef
We are searching for an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to join our team in Greenland. As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include creating new menu items, training and supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background with at least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role. You should have excellent leadership skills, as well as a creative flair for developing new dishes. Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential for this role.
In addition to your culinary skills, we are looking for someone who is passionate about food and committed to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. A degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred but not required.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1200 per month.
