Sales Associate - Entry Level

As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our products to potential customers. Your main responsibility will be to interact with customers, answer their questions, and assist them in their purchasing decisions. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance and organization, as well as ensuring that all products are properly displayed and stocked.

This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, outgoing, and has a passion for sales. Prior experience is not required as we provide comprehensive training to all new hires. However, candidates with previous sales experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrate product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns they may have
- Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the appearance of the store by keeping it clean and organized
- Ensure all products are properly displayed and stocked at all times
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month plus commission based on sales performance. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.
