Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Greenland. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of construction projects
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project
- Manage project budget and make cost-effective decisions to stay within budget constraints
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all times
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Valid driver's license

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation will not be provided but we can assist with finding suitable housing options. This position is open to candidates without prior experience or students looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction management. Candidates must have their own visa for working in Greenland.
