Construction Manager

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Greenland. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include managing budgets, scheduling workers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining quality standards. You will also be responsible for overseeing the selection of materials and equipment, as well as resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.

To excel in this role, you should have extensive knowledge of construction methods and procedures, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Greenland. However, we are open to considering candidates from other nationalities who are willing to relocate at their own expense.
