We are searching for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Greenland. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of delicious pastries and desserts, as well as managing the pastry kitchen and team. You must have a passion for baking and creativity, as well as strong leadership skills to train and guide your team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working in a professional pastry kitchen and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a wide range of delicious pastries and desserts
- Manage all aspects of the pastry kitchen including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring sanitation standards are met
- Train, supervise, and schedule pastry kitchen staff
- Develop new recipes and menu items while also maintaining consistency with existing menu items
- Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to quality standards and presentation guidelines
- Adhere to all food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a professional pastry kitchen
- Advanced knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and guide a team
- Creativity and passion for creating unique pastries and desserts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
