Land Surveyor

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting accurate and detailed surveys of land areas to provide essential data for mapping, construction, and other purposes. This role requires strong technical skills in surveying equipment and techniques, as well as the ability to analyze data and produce clear and precise reports. The ideal candidate will have a degree in surveying or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience working as a land surveyor. Fluency in English is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various methods such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Collect data on land features and boundaries using appropriate tools
- Analyze collected data to create maps, charts, and reports
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all surveying work
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on projects
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols while conducting surveys
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a land surveyor
- Strong technical skills in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Knowledge of CAD software for mapping purposes
- Ability to analyze data and produce accurate reports
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Working Conditions:
This position will require the candidate to work primarily outdoors on construction sites or other land areas. Some travel may be required depending on project locations. Working hours may vary depending on project deadlines.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Greenland. The candidate must have their own visa to work in this location and accommodation will not be provided.
