Sales Manager - Greenland


As a Sales Manager for our company in Greenland, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategies to increase revenue. Your goal will be to drive sales and meet or exceed targets while also maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation
- Set sales targets and track progress towards meeting them
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products/services
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competition analysis for management review
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and showcase our products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role (experience in the same industry preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop effective strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Greenlandic or Danish is a plus)
- Must be able to work without accommodation in Greenland
