Sales Manager - Greenland
We are hiring a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Greenland. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. Your main goal will be to build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions accordingly
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitors' activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach in achieving sales targets
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote company products/services
- Continuously monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns promptly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role (experience in the same industry is an advantage)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce or similar)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Danish or Inuit languages is an advantage)
- Must have own visa for Greenland or be eligible for work permits/visas for employment in Greenland
This is a contract position without experience required. The salary for this position starts at 1000 USD per month.
