Land Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Greenland. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting topographical surveys, creating maps and plans, and providing accurate measurements and data for land development projects. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations and accurately recording and reporting survey results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting topographical surveys using various instruments
- Creating maps, plans, and charts based on survey data
- Providing accurate measurements for land development projects
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Recording and reporting survey results
- Collaborating with other professionals such as engineers and architects
- Maintaining survey equipment and ensuring its proper use
- Managing project timelines and deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong understanding of surveying principles
- Proficiency in using various instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position.
