Plumber Supervisor
As a Plumber Supervisor in Greenland, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of plumbers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. Your duties will include scheduling and assigning work to your team, providing technical guidance and support, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to high standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plumber
- Supervisory or managerial experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of plumbers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems
- Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and experience levels
- Ensure that all work is completed accurately and efficiently according to project deadlines
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members when needed
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment needed for projects
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the best approach for each project
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members to coordinate work schedules and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Conduct safety inspections on job sites to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Train new hires on company procedures, safety protocols, and proper use of equipment

This position offers a salary of $1300 per month with accommodation provided. Free visa sponsorship and flight tickets will also be provided for non-Greenlandic candidates.
