Assistant Baker



As an Assistant Baker, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Baker in all aspects of the baking process. This part-time position is ideal for students or individuals looking to gain experience in the culinary industry. Located in beautiful Greenland, our bakery specializes in traditional and unique baked goods, making this a great opportunity to learn and develop your baking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of doughs and batters according to recipes
- Operating baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Decorating and finishing baked goods with precision and attention to detail
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but a passion for baking is preferred
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one for international travel purposes
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees who may be relocating or studying in Greenland.
