Location: Greenland
Salary: $1300 per month (with free visa and ticket)


We are seeking a skilled Handywoman with experience in various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs. As a Handywoman, you will be responsible for completing tasks assigned by the property owner or manager in an efficient and timely manner. This role is open to all women who have a passion for fixing things and are willing to relocate to Greenland.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
- Repair or replace damaged appliances, fixtures, and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify potential issues.
- Communicate with the property owner or manager to understand their needs and expectations.
- Purchase necessary materials and supplies for maintenance work.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handywoman or similar role.
- Knowledge of basic repair techniques in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good communication skills to interact with property owners/managers.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
