Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Loader or similar role
- Knowledge of heavy machinery operation and safety protocols
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
